I'm a new customer trying to access my account for the first time and hitting brick wall after brick wall.
I've tried the onlince chat "Chat to us online - The quickest and easiest way to contact Vodafone" but all I get is "Loading, please wait". I have tried this in firefox, Chrome and Edge. So I don't think it's my end.
This is not filling me with a lot of confidence at the start of my dealings with Vodafone.
So. Is Online chat down ?

Well it's working for me, try opening it in a InPrivate window in Edge.

Cookies are used by every browser, but I take your point, it does need looking into.
Another poster said he thinks it was caused by his adblocker, but I run my adblocker in private widows and it still works in private windows for me.

What if you cut and paste my link into windows run box? (The whole line including the quote mark ")
