So, for the 4th time today my Vodaphone order has been cancelled - via painful chat and voice conversations the only response I get is “we can re-order for you”, “there has been a technical issue”. Vodaphones only response seems to be to re order and have another go! All I want is a date for activation!!
We have just moved into our new home (09 Dec) and all the postcode speed checkers state we can get decent speeds. Anyone have any idea why my order keeps failing and how I get out of this cycle of never ending re-orders.

Go with someone else, they have all got to be better than Vodafone.
