Broadband activation

My neighbour is up and running with FTTP but online checkers say it isn't available to me

......and this is despite us sharing a postcode, a fibre enabled pole and a green cabinet.

Openreach aren't contactable.

What can I do to expedite this?

@Mark yes I've contacted them but all they say is what the online checker tells me - fibre to my house isn't available but they offer me other products. Not a lot of use really.

Is your neighbour a Vodafone customer? It maybe these lines haven't been opened to all providers yet. There can be a short delay before these services are available to everyone.
