New user broadband

I was meant to be connected to broadband today but it hasn’t happened. Looking through previous posts, it appears that only Vodafone can sort the issue, not the user nor BTOpenreach. I keep getting the following message:

Any assistance would be appreciated because being without internet isn’t fun.

You'll need to contact Vodafone Broadband technical support, in this case almost certainly by phone.  You'll need the serial number of the VF modem+router you are using to hand!
