Purely as a matter of interest, can anyone beat 65 days without broadband due to insoluble (apparently) issue? It was straight transfer from SSE, with which there was no problem.

Issue (originally due to mix up of customer phone number with wrong address… it’s a long story…) is ongoing.

OMG. 65 days without broadband, I would be furious. Have you not been able to go with someone else, or possibly back to SSE?
