Recently I moved to the flat and I am a new customer to Vodafone. Openreach engineer came to my flat as per the appointment and my activation date was 5th May. It passed 8 days, but I don't have the internet connection yet. Based on the chat robot navigation, I reset the device but nothing is changed. Internet light is Red stable. How can I solve it?
I would suggest to look at the troubleshooting guides and or contact the Vodafone Broadband Team via the phone number in Broadband-and-Home-Phone-FAQs

Current Phone > Samsung Note 20 5G - SM9860 Snapdragon.
Samsung One Ui 2.5 / Android 10.
The same issue with my new connection and it is a backend issue, there is no troubleshooting guide. it means they don't have space for port in openreachbox, probable you have to wait unless they make a provision and there is no timeline. they are offering tempting plan but don't know how to fulfil them.
