No phone line or broadband sice house move

Hi I moved house on 21/09/20 and since then I have had no phone line or Broadband. I have been online with CSRs and was told that my activation date would be 25/09/20 and then another CSR told me it would be 01/10/20. I have tried calling the home move department but after entering all my account info get a message to say no one is there. The only E mail I have from Vodafone regarding my home move is from 29/09/20. My account number is [Removed]. Any help much appreciated.
