Can a moderator please ask admin TJ to pass this up the hierarchy as this keeps happening to the customers and I don't feel it's fair for Vodafone to keep treating your customers like this?

I look forward to admin TJ reply

Hi @gipjon

Thanks for raising this to us. I’ve spoken to some of the Home Broadband Managers and they advised that a system was implemented in March to handle router provisioning on contact with the network. They asked if we had any account details for the customers you mentioned above, so that they could investigate further. I’ve checked our social channels, but was unable to find any of their details.

I can see that one of the threads was started by yourself in regards to your daughter’s broadband, if you have your daughters account number to hand, can you please PM it over to me. I won’t be able to discuss the account with you, but I can use it as an example to be escalated.
