I’m about to sue Vodafone. Any customers advisors here ?

Due to the Covid 19 I’m forced to work from home. I was expected a engineer to come yesterday and waiting for more than 2 weeks to get internet in my new flat.

I’m getting money on commission at work.

Yesterday any engineer came . No one can gives me any normal explanations about the solution. They passes the calls to all services to take my cases .

I want to cancel all my services with them to go to another providers they wants charge me for this decision.

What I need to do ?

Hi

"No one can gives me any normal explanations about the solution."

Briefly, are you connected or not?

IF NOT;  What reason has been given?

Do you have a router/modem from VF?

What lights - if any- are showing.

if you are new customer under 14 days you do have rights to cancel! I personally don't think someone will charge you for no services! Vodafone has all the rights to cancel the order if they unable to provide service due to Openreach or BT line issues.
