Hi Vodafone, I have an activation date of Monday 22nd November. As of yet, we haven't received our router. Appreciate we've still got three working days until activation. Just wanted to check this is normal and we shouldn't have already received it.
Hi @Soofla, we would expect the router to be delivered between Wednesday and Friday this week if your go live date is Monday 22 Nov 2021.
