Have you let Vodafone know here: https://www.vodafone.co.uk/my-vodafone-account/home-moves
They should arrange it all for you. How long before you move?

Hi @Faith02 If you've got an existing Vodafone Broadband contract and your looking to move this to a new property, you'll need to speak to our Home Moves team on 0333 3040 191. They'll be able to advise if we can provide at the new property and get you moved over.
