Hi,
Receiving emails with back date, many times. No clear info what is going on and what is the date of broadband installation ?! Attached one email as for example.

I think the only way you are going to sort this out is by speaking to a customer services rep. I'd suggest the easiest way is to use webchat from the support pages here - calling on the phone could have you on hold for at least 30 mins possibly longer!
