3 weeks since fttp install and still no working internet. phoned every number, every method of contact and still the same nonsense. Telling me its the cables in the area - just Vodafone cables of course...
Todays helpful "solution" was to enter into ANOTHER 2 year contract for mobile internet at an extra £40 a month - HONESTLY!!!!
Still noone can give me any sort of time frame for something to be fixed and working for something that apparently started on the 20th June. Absolutely waste of time.
I'll be looking tonight at the other providers in the area and simply going to have to switch as this just can't continue.
Complete joke and I am so fed up spending hours every other day on the phone trying to see if it is going to get sorted.
