Broadband has been down since 11:50pm Thursday 28/03/19. No support available through Vodafone app. Is there an outage with other connections?
Hey @Craigend, we've not been made aware of any outages. Is everything back up and running since you got in touch? If not, get back to me and I'll be happy to help in any way I can.
Broadband came back on at 7:48am. Bit odd as it does not normally do this.
I'm glad everything was back up and running again pretty quickly @Craigend. If you're concerned about the dropout at all, please continue to monitor your connection and get back in touch if you have any other problems 👍
