Does anyone have a direct e-mail address for 2nd or 3rd tier support? I have some info pertaining to my currently open fault on my gigafast connection, and it will be pertinent to e-mail and show them directly rather than trying to explain it over the phone (which are closed now any way).
Happy to take the e-mail address in a private message rather than have it posted publicly. Thanks.

Hey @flilot, there isn't a direct email to our Tech teams. If you have your fault ticket reference, you will be able to give them a call on the number they provided you with when the fault was raised. Alternatively call on 191 or 0333 304 0191.
It's also worth dropping us a message on social media here if you would like us to chase this up for you 😊
