Gigafast Router / Modem

Hi All,

I'm looking at getting Gigafast now it's available in my area but my sales advisor couldn't tell me much about the router/modem the FTTP connection uses.

Does anyone have a PDF or tech specs for it?

I'm currently with Virgin Media and use the provider in modem only mode as I have my own networking and wifi hardware.

I've seen the superfast devices don't seem to support it and look like you have to use bridge mode.

Is the new device cable of modem only mode and only acting as a gateway? 

The speeds and price look great but having to bridge and/or double NAT would be a deal breaker.

Does it also support  VPN'S properly? No pass through issues?
