The broadband service provide currently is not fit for purpose. I have started playing an online game i played 15 years ago however the latency and jitter issues are meaning that i can not play the game using my home broadband even hard wired in. I am having to use my mobile phone as a hotspot to be able to play the game. This is not acceptable and I would like this issue resolving asap. I have written a formal complaint in over 48 hours ago with still no response and it seems imposible to actually talk to someone at this so called communications company !
