My internet is constantly cutting off when im using it.

Ive been with vodafone for around 2 month now and im losing my patience with how times my router is dissconnecting. I was with talktalk before vodafone and connection issues wasn't an issue before and ive noticed my connection speed is set more than what my line can handle i think. Its set to 56mb but the stats show my line is capable of only 54mb. Im also wondering why am i being charged £28 each month when the offer was £23 a month? . Its not a good start of a contract is it 😣.
