Had engineer arrive to activate and connect phone and broad band only to be told he couldn't enter the house.Said he could do it from street which he couldn't. So now we have been left without any internet and no phone line. I've tried my self to set it up and just plug the router into the phone line. I have previously been with virgin. After being told to just phone to arrange another day I can't get any answer on phones. Any help would.be great as I have 3 very unhappy children and one of which has course work to complete to prove her grades for her highers. Many thanks.

We really understand how important is to stay connected, at the moment Openreach engineers are restricted from entering properties to work inline with the UK government advice and recommendations.
