For months I have been plagued with the error being displayed in the expert mode event logs, when this error occurs there is no connectivity to the Vodafone infrastructure as the PPPoE handshaking is not completing. When raising a support ticket you have to jump through hoops to then get it escalated to Openreach. This process is a complete waste of time as enough time passes for a stable internet connection to be established and maintained, only to cycle through the problems a month or so later.

 

The irony is that in the forum I cannot post the same content over ...

 

The 'boss' has been on hold for more than 20 minutes because they are really busy at the moment - sorry for the delay!

 

I wonder if I can get a day free for each line of PADI request sent in my log file?
