System Log Error

Hello All,

 

I have the following broadband:

Business Broadband with static IP (super fast 2)

 

I have a server that manages my iOS devices. The server and iOS devices are working perfectly fine. However, I started noticing that I am not able to log on and manage my devices via the URL on both WIFI and mobile network.

 

I have logged a ticket with Apple to see if there are any errors they can see from the server logs but nothing stands out. The only way to get this working is to restart the service or server.

 

This happens every 3-5 days, random times. I spoke to Apple again and they advised it is most likely a network issue somewhere on the router or ISP. I factory reset the router but the issue persists. Port forwarding are enabled against the server.

 

I have. now logged onto router and checked the event logs. I have no idea what this means but I was not able to access my URL 03/05/2021 17:29. The only way to access my URL on both WIFI and mobile network, is to either restart the service or server. This is what I see in the event logs:
