Thoughts on Vodafone Gigabit broadband? Worth the switch?

I had a Vodafone salesperson visit me - super aggressive pricing (30/month for 500 and 40/month on 1gig). Virginmedia is costing me 55 a month at 250 Mbps https://9apps.ooo/.

Anyone using Vodafone at the moment? How's your experience been?

This is a Vodafone broadband forum, so yes quite a lot. 🤣

But many of us are still tied to FTTC, so our experience would not help.

Also Vodafone offer FTTP via Openreach and CityFibre (where available) and the experience can be different between them. With CityFibre the Up/Down speeds are the same, but Openreach is faster on the download than the upload.
