How do you get a device to stop logging in on the router (poor signal) and attache to the booster (vgood signal) ... all other devices (3) in the room log on to the booster( extender)

Thanks

Hi there @Peeps683 - Just confirm, are you on our Pro Broadband and referring to the Super Wi-Fi booster we supply or is this your own extender/booster?

Hi  .. sorry about the late response... its Super WiFi with x1 booster ... the router is on the 3rd floor (it has to remain there ..) and the booster in the main living room .. I hope this helps .. 🙏

Thanks for the extra info @Peeps683. If you've not already done so, try deleting the log in details for the router/booster from the device in question. Once these have been removed, try logging into this again whilst in range of the booster. This should connect you to the booster, rather directly to the router. If you've already tried this and your device is still trying to connect directly to the router, we'll need to take a closer look into this for you. Give our WiFi Xperts a call on 191 from Vodafone mobile or 0333 3040 191 from any other U.K. number and we'll be happy to help get you connected.

Thank you .... but after about 36 hrs I changed all by its self .... thanks for your help ..👍
