super Wi-Fi 6 booster paired but NO devices connect at Wi-Fi 6

Just plugged my Wi-Fi booster in to add to my Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub (original dark gray Full fibre one from 4 years ago). It's paired and the light on it is solid white but NONE of my Wi-Fi 6 devices (that connect at wifi6 in other locations) show as connecting to wifi6. So does this mean that it only repeats the older wifi of 802.11n/ac and Thus is pretty useless until it connects to a wifi 6 hub ?

I would think you are correct. I really don't think they should be issuing the Wi-Fi 6 booster to those with the THG3000, they are for use with the Power Hub.

How did you order it?

Upgrade on my account, I think that stinks big time as I've been with Vodafone full fibre since it was first available in my area.
