2nd Openreach engineer tomorrow - help needed

Hi,

Looking for some help.

I had an Openreach engineer look at my line today for slow sync speeds (44.8Mbps vs min guaranteed 61Mbps). This was obviously done outside of my house. He couldn’t find anything wrong with my line and reset the profile on it to see if it helps.

i just joined Vodafone 14 days ago so I thought I’d gone through the line stabilisation period. This issue also existed with my previous provider, so no modem or hardware issues.

Vodafone 2nd line don’t think that resetting my line profile is the solution, so they’ve booked another engineer appointment for tomorrow morning.

My question is with no clear fault on the line, is there anything I should mention when they phone tomorrow. I know my SNR is low (6db when I live 150m from the cabinet) but that’s all I’ve gleaned from the below figures. Be grateful if someone could take a look and let me know if there’s anything else that jumps out at them that’s wrong.

Thanks in advance!

I'd possibly be talking to your neighbours to find out if their internet is slower than it is supposed to be.
