I wish I can across this forum before I signed up.
I have been on support chats for 4 evenings over the past 4 weeks trying to sort my issue with ridiculous low speeds at nights. I was previously with Plus net and never had any of these issues. I don't think speeds of 1.89 is acceptable.
I was sent a new router and plugged it in today. At 2pm I was getting speeds of 50+ mbps
it's now 23.00 and I am back to where I was and getting speeds of 4/5 mbps
Enough is enough - I want to leave!
How many of you have managed to do this and how do you go about escalating this issue.
