900 Mb - Bad latency and disconnects

High all, well as the title says I am on the 900BM service and 99.9% of the time everything is great. I get a solid 800+ constantly and my gaming latency sits between 25ms and 35ms for 99.9% of the time.....

However every day at least 3 times a day i am kicked out of a game mid session as my latency shoots up to 900++and then disconnected. Any ideas on what can be done to resolve this? its as a real pain when you are 30 minutes in to as team game and then i disconnect. Didnt happen on my Virgin line so i know its nothing internal, only thing thats changed is the ISP.

Hey @steve1978, Lets see if we can get to the bottom of this for you. To help us understand the issue a little more, please confirm 👉

- Does this only happen when you're gaming, or do you experience the issue through other devices/applications?

- Are you using a wired or WiFi connection and how many other devices are connected at the same time?

- Do you connect using a VPN?

- Does this happen randomly, or is it more frequent at certain times?

Once we have this, I'm sure we'll be able to offer a little more help with this 😊
