Been on hold for over 2 hours now. Receieved a text from Vodafone saying ...


Hello. We've been looking into the speeds you've been getting with your broadband service. Unfortunately, we won't be able to meet the minimum guaranteed speed we told you about when you ordered


I have been with Vodafone for 3 years and trying to get it sorted for them to finally say this. I am at a loss for what to do considering ive been paying for fibre broadband all this time and had slow speeds


By the time ive finished this post, ive been on hold for 2 hours and 15 minutes

Did you eventually get an agent and if so what have they advised ?
