On signing up my expected speed was indicated to be within a range above 20mpbs, the reality has been a sync speed of 8mbps. Even now when I enter my address as a new customer I'm told a guaranteed minimum download speed of 19mbps, isn't this false advertising? Support have told me there's nothing they can do and the cancellation fee is extortionate.
Any way to get out of this contract? My tethered phone is far faster than this superfast broadband.
