WOW !!! 21st July to the 2nd October, and the issue still hasnt been resolved or investigated properly..
Most likely reason is that it cannot be resolved. Its highly likely your area is now oversubscribed and the infrastructure can't handle the traffic required.
Its easy to sell a "60mbps" connection, reality is its looking like Vodafone aren't able to deliver.
I literally can't get through to them on the phone anymore, I suspect they're swamped with calls about broadband problems.
