So we have changed to Vodafone from sky, i must admit one thing and that is connectivity wise our internet is a lot better now. But we don't get our recommended speeds and its really not very productive. We have plugged it directly in at the wall and not the face on the master socket and we have got a WiFi extender to boost wifi around the house. The only issue we have is with the speed. I have tried to contact Vodafone but as I'm not the account holder they won't talk to me and my dad the account holder isn't very tech savvy and just like sky they will end up with an unproductive outcome as like sky he worries that they'll just continue with the same tactic of saying change the channel or sending new routers and that's it. We have got the discount and we are out of our trial period. Is there anything we can do? We are meant to get 25mpbs but we get roughly 6
