I have a Kabel Deutschland internet in Berlin. My internet has not been working very well for over a month now.
(1) The internet speed (upload and download) is very low. Based on Vodafone speed test, the problem seems to be between Router and Device (and not server and Router). I face the problem with all Laptop and Phone devices. So the problem should be at Vodafone's end.
(2) The Router keeps getting disconnected almost 4-5 times a day. Then I have to switch off the Router and switch it on again everytime.
Can you please help? Thanks.

Unfortunately these are the Forums for Vodafone UK users, and I believe the equipment here is very different than you would be using.
