Line fault? (speed degredation)

Hi,

Just today, our broadband performance has dropped considerably - now only getting between 5-10mbps whereas we were getting 20-30mbps previously.

I happened to spot an OpenReach van in our road earlier today so I am suspecting some sort of line fault.

I've checked our phone number against this: https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/telephoneHome. What concerns me a little is the rates against 'observed speeds' - it shows max observed downstream speed as 19 which was recorded last week.

It's possible that OpenReach are already working on this and hopefully it will be fixed soon. However, as Vodafone is my provider, I am asking if someone can shed some light on this please? Happy to provide my phone number to anyone from Vodafone that could look into this.
