Vodafone minimum speed guarantees seem to be a total con.

we are promised 63mbps or we can claim discount, yet while the app always shows speeds above this minimum it’s a complete fabrication, presumably so we cannot claim the promised discount.

our broadband with Vodafone has always been spotty at best, completely unusable at worst, but no matter how it is behaving the app always conveniently shows above the 63.

see attached showing a reading of 65 on the app while speedtest shows a poor (but higher than usual) 21. This also shows previous readings - none of which have ever come even close to the 60’s!

this is absolutely disgusting and I’m fairly certain illegal!

I agree that Broadband Speeds need to be usable and offer a good user experience @Martina08

I appreciate what the speeds are showing but I would suggest to go ahead and contact the Broadband Team via Contact-us and ask them to check themselves and then how to put your claim in for their speeds guarantee. 

I Use Ookla which is a good solid well known speed checker.

Perhaps use that to collate different readings at different times of the day while on Ethernet Cable to support your claim.
