Ive upgraded from Superfast 1 to Superfast 2 on the 28th July but I'm still getting similar speeds to Superfast 1. Sync speed has went up to 76 mbs but getting nowhere near that speed !

Hi @colham03 I can see below you are connecting via WiFi, if possible can you try connecting a device by Ethernet cable to the router to see if this gives a higher speed, as you mentioned your sync speed has improved we would expect you to see this. If you can get in touch with the social team here and we will be able to go through some further checks to get to the bottom of this.
