Very low Slow Speed

My speed dropped to nogthing. I get anything form 10 ot 0.5mbps during evenings on 33mbit sync speed.

Support Please advise as I have already made a formal complain.

Not sure why I need fibre if i can't get more than 15mbit on it. It was perfectly fine with BT previously.

@ber5ien Hey there, this isn't the experience we'd want you to go through. We'd be more that happy to look in to this for you. When you're running the speed test are you using a wired or wireless connection. Joe

It wired by ethernet cable to router to rule out wireless interfaces.

This has been completed my master socket was replaced by enginerr to mk4 version and this improved the sync speed by real bandwith is still not greate and mostly 10-20mpbs

The test speed were done at random times to newbury vodafone servers using ookla speed test.
