Hi @Cynric

Not good !

Vodafone do have a speed guarantee so if they fail to achieve the speed a discount is given against what you pay.

Vodafone speed-guarantee.

I appreciate this does not however help you with your current speeds.

Are you using a wired connection or Wi-Fi  ?

These may help.

Hi .@BandOfBrothers

Thanks for your reply, but I'm in a long on-going conversation with the Director's Office. My speed experience has been dire since day one. There is an unpleasant "catch 22" in that the speed promise is rated against the Sync speed which bares no, or practically no, relevance to experienced speed. Which also means that I cannot claim for compensation using the Android app because the claim button is not shown unless it is a Sync speed issue.

Later last night the speed fell further to 3.9Mb/s as measured by the BT Wholesale webpage. This morning it is 41.3Mb/s which is still below the promise.

Ok @Cynric

Then as the Vodafone Directors Office is dealing with this I hope you reach a satisfactory conclusion with them.

I wish you all the best with this situation.
