Quick update from me....still no improvement of service. So speeds of under 10mbs after 5pm. And I'm paying for 76mbs. It's getting stupid.
I never got a reply, my speed is around 59Mbps and used to be 76Mbps with BT and my latency has gone way up.
@Ikoma thank you for your continual posts. We have BT Broadband and recently visited Vodafone enquiring about theirs. They quoted almost half the cost p/mth than BT. I contacted BT who immediately said they'd offer a better package but still way above Vodafone. Your experience has us leaning towards staying with BT and paying the additional. Good luck with your issues. It'll be nice to hear of the full resolution you receive.
