Hi @Dlaidlaw20, have you done any other tests throughout the day to check the speed? We know that the query is regarding upload speeds, however, can you confirm if the download speed that you're receiving is above the minimum guaranteed speed that was quoted at the point of sale?

The clue is that your current speed is higher than your maximum speed! So at some point, you may find your router reboots with a slightly lower download speed, but a higher upload speed. What you are seeing is just a result of the manner in which xDSL connections work.

Yeah you're right but I mean I used to get around 15 but that went away

The upload speed was around 15 at one point. The 2.8 snr concerns me as well

Yeah speeds fine just trying to optimise is it possible to move phone socket as its not near a plug and having to use extension cable 24/7 for wifi

With a low SNR the speed increases, but so does the error rate usually IMHO.
