Hi all, just a heads up to your tech dept, since my router automatically updated and rebooted approx 9 days ago caller id has stopped working on my home phone. It seems like the software has a bug and has stopped it working. I am on full fibre. Was working perfectly before the last automatic update and reboot. Reset my phone but still the same. Please pass It on to your boffins to sort out. Cheers Carl.
