Call Divert Function

Hi all We've recently installed a new fibre broadband router at our office and now have to plug our phones in the back of the router to use our landline. Since we did this we have been unable to use the call divert function via *21* which we used to have with our old analogue line. Is anyone able to confirm if this is because we are now on a fibre supply and is there a way we can reactivate / use call divert please? We are a small business and need to divert our landline to our mobiles when out so it would really help if anyone knows the answer! Many thanks.

We don't offer a Call Divert service in our full fibre consumer packages @JoanneT16 If you're connected through one of these services, you'll be unable to continue using this service. As this is a consumer based forum, you'll need to reach out to one of our Business Customer Service teams for more information of the availability of this through our Full fibre business packages.
