Hi, I’ve got a problem with my landline crackling, it’s the second time now, first time an engineer came and fixed it but this time apparently it’s the faceplate on the socket that’s faulty, when I asked Vodafone if they were going to send me a new one they said no as they have no manafacturer that makes them and I would need to source, buy and fit one myself, surely that’s not right, I’m still in contract with them as only had it for about 9 months? Any advice would be appreciated.
I would suggest to check the Vodafone T&C's which should clarify what Vodafone are responsible for in regards to equipment.
