Landline no dial tone

I have recently had full fibre Pro connected using same router I had for Superfast 2. All connected up correctly as described but now white light at phone on router nor dial tome on handset. I have connected the RJ11 cable into base of BT phone bas station and connected into both Tel1 and Tel2 ports on back of router, but nothing.

 

I have tried customer services last two days but hit a brick wall with "we are having technical issues" before being cut off.

 

Any advice welcome
