Cannot end call from mobile to VF landline

Calls from a mobile to the VF voip landline do not end when I end the call on the mobile. The VF voip stays on. I'm using a standard set up with a Gigaset DECT directly connected to TEL1 of VF router.Anyone experiencing this?

Email today about changing to phone line over broadband and needing an adapter from router.  I chose not to go with a company who do this (probably all do it now) Not what I want, is this enough to get me out of contract now?
