4G connection on iphone

my iPhone 12 will not connect to 4G anymore, simply connects to Edge, where ever I go! I have tried changing settings but no difference, any thoughts- spent 45 mins with a digital advisor this morning who achieved nothing in that time, 20 mins on a call and they just put on and removed a data bar!

Hi @Rebecca66 Thanks for raising this. There's some troubleshooting we can try on. On your iPhone please head to Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Networks and ensure the following APNs are set: Name: Vodafone internet

  • APN (Pay monthly customers) – wap.vodafone.co.uk
  • APN (Pay as you go customers) – pp.vodafone.co.uk
  • Username: wap
  • Password: wap
