All pages redirecting to 62.6.38.125/index.html (BT Wholesale Service Information page)

My service was fine for about a year after installation. But 2 days ago it started redirecting all

webpages divert to http://62.6.38.125/index.html. 

 

It seems like it's a Wholesale issue and the circuit needs rebuilt on the RAS. Not sure whom should I contact, tried online help but they are not very helpful.
