Hello,
I am having issues with turning off the content filter on my account. In the My Vodaphone app I can find the option in the Bars section, but when I open it, it asks me to verify my age. Fair enough, but I can't click on anything to actually verify my age or see anything anywhere else in the app to let me verify my age.
Any ideas?

@jakelovesyuna It may be a quicker to get this resolved and have the bar removed via our support agents on 191 or Live Chat. We're happy to look into this though nonetheless, please can you provide a screenshot of this where it's prompting to verify your age?
