K5150 Won't Connect to Windows 10

I can't get my K5150 to connect on Windows 10. I have downloaded and installed the latest Vodafone app but that just doesn't recognise the dongle at all. The dongle flashes green, then purple and sometimes goes solid (maily if I am connected to a separate WIFI) but if I disconnect from the WIFI the dongle connection disconnects too. The dongle does work with an older laptop running Windows 8 and has previously worked on the W10 but has just stopped connecting now.

Hi @SFK 

 

The K5150 dongle should be compatable with Windows 10 but is an older device and may have come with an older version of software.

 

You mention you have already tried this link with access to an alternative network to download :  Mobile Broadband Software 

 

If you are unable to get a connection, this should be something where live chat will be able to help and advise.

Yes, the link you forwarded takes me to the same place as I downloaded the software from but it won't recognise the older version of dongle I think.

#You mention On-line chat; how do I get to that please?
