Mobile Broadband Super Slow

having signed up on 3GB contract having major problems with K3520 dongle connecting to 3g although coverage map shows coverage NN8, i can get 3g for about 30 seconds before it kicks out and connects to gprs and cannot get a better average speed than 37 Kbps running XP, as 99% of my usage is at home is there any way of upping this connection speed or am i stuck in an 18mth contract with slower speeds than dial up??

I can understand this being frustrating to you and believe me when I say that you have come to the right place.

So that we can investigate this further for you please can you supply the following Information;

What is the Full Postcode you are having issues in?
Do you have any issues in other locations?
What version of XP are you running? (sp2 etc)
Do you have this issue at any particular time of day or all the time?

If you can let me know the above we can start to work on a resolution for you.
