@douglaswalker It's disappointing to hear you're having difficulty with your data dongle and you're having to unplug your Ethernet cable from your PC built in adapter - I understand how unsatisfying this must be. Have you tried restarting your data dongle, to refresh your connection? You can do this by unplugging it for around 10 seconds and plugging it back in. If this isn't the issue you're having, can you please provide us with some extra details?
